The PANEOTRAD® is an innovative and patented technique that enables the division and shaping of dough pieces. It can replace three separate machines, namely the divider, moulder, and resting cabinet. The process emulates the traditional method of hand moulding using three moulding dies, and it allows for the creation of up to six unique shapes by combining cut-outs.
