The Vector H multi-cook oven by Alto-Shaam is a versatile and flexible commercial catering equipment. This model features three cooking zones within the one unit with the ability to control temperature, time and fan speed in each zone. This gives the operator the ability to cook three individual food items in the various zones, speeding up meal preparation. 

The touchscreen is state of the art with an easy-to-use control panel that doesn't require experience to operate. Recipes can be preset with the convenience of selecting the preset for a quick cook.
